Leg of lamb, onions, garlic, cumin, cinnamon, fennel seeds, harissa paste, chicken stock, apricots, tomatoes, green olives, pistachios (nuts), salt, pepper, olive oil.
To serve, heat in the oven for 30 minutes or until piping hot.
